Welcome to the web site ("Site") for Kaplan IT Learning (Kaplan IT, Inc., "Kaplan IT"), a subsidiary of Kaplan Professional, and the parent company of Transcender, Self Test Software, Perfect Access Speer, and STT Global (collectively, "Kaplan IT Businesses"). This User Agreement, including our Privacy Policy, governs your use of the Kaplan IT Site.
Please read this User Agreement carefully, because by visiting or using the Kaplan IT Site, you agree to follow its rules. From time to time we may modify these rules. We will notify you of any significant change by posting a notice on our home page and information collection forms. Your continued use of the Kaplan IT Site after any modification indicates your agreement to the new terms.

("Kaplan IT Trademarks"). You may not use the Kaplan IT Trademarks in connection with any product or service that does not belong to us, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among users about whether we are the source, sponsor, or endorser of the product or service, or in any manner that disparages or discredits us.
Links, Frames, and Metatags
You may link to the home page of the Kaplan IT Site as long as the link does not cast us in a false or misleading light. You may not frame the content of the Kaplan Site. You may not use metatags or any other "hidden text" that incorporates the Kaplan IT Trademarks or our name without our express written consent.
Links to Other Web Sites
The Kaplan IT Site contains links to the Web sites maintained by each of the Kaplan IT Businesses and their subsidiaries. Please note that each of the Kaplan IT Business Web sites are governed by its own user agreement and privacy policy, which may be different in some respects from the User Agreement and Privacy Policy governing this Kaplan IT Site. If you visit a Web site belonging to one of the Kaplan IT Businesses, be sure to read that Kaplan IT Business’s user agreement and privacy policy so that you understand the rules that govern your use of that particular Web site.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
This User Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia applicable to contracts made and performed there without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the State of Georgia and Fulton County and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend the Kaplan IT Site or terminate this User Agreement at any time without notice for any reason, including, in the case of the User Agreement, for your violation of any of its provisions. The Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability and Governing Law sections of this User Agreement shall survive any such termination.

Collection and Use of Personal Data
Collection of Personally Identifying Information. We do not directly collect any personally-identifying information through the Kaplan IT Site. However, we do offer links to the Web sites of the various Kaplan IT Businesses, through which you may provide personal data. In addition, we provide a Web page that allows you to apply for a position with one of the Kaplan IT Businesses. In applying for employment, you may be asked to submit your name, postal address, phone number, email address, educational background, work background, and any additional information that you voluntarily decide to provide ("Application Data"). Your Application Data is collected and processed by the Kaplan IT Business to which you applied. The Kaplan IT Business then uses your Application Data to evaluate your eligibility for open positions and to contact you regarding your application.
Sharing with Third Parties. Some of the Kaplan IT Businesses may use service providers to process the Application Data. These service providers are restricted from using your personal data in any way other than for the service they are providing. There may also be occasion for the Kaplan IT Business to disclose your personal data to third parties if it believes, in its sole discretion, that such disclosure is required by law, to enforce its user agreement or privacy policy, or in connection with a sale or transfer of some or all of the assets in the Kaplan IT Business.
Security. Kaplan IT is concerned with the security of your personal data. Each of the Kaplan IT Businesses has put in place measures to keep your personal data secure. Anonymous Information
We collect anonymous data when you visit most pages on the Kaplan IT Site. Some parts of the Kaplan IT Site use embedded pixel technologies to facilitate your use of the Web site and to track general traffic.
